Winter is coming! Hopefully everyone enjoyed our last blast of Fall this weekend.

In the spirit of Generosity and Belonging we are so proud of how our students participated with our guest speaker on Friday.  Our students represented Alti with attention and engagement in some challenging discussions.  Our student voice will meet this week to determine some action items to continue to build on our sense of community. 

Picture Re-Takes Weds. Oct. 23

Any students who have not yet had a picture taken should do so on Wednesday.  This is the only way to get a student ID card with your picture on it.  As well, any students who would like to have their pictures re-taken may also do so on Wednesday.  The photographer will be on the stage for the morning only. 

Parent Teacher Student Conferences Thursday and Friday

You will have an opportunity to meet with your child's teachers to discuss their progress in Microsoft Teams on October 24 5:00pm - 7:30pm and/or Oct. 25 11:00am - 1:00pm.  Sign up opened on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 5:00pm. You should have received an email with detailed information about how to sign up for conferences using your MyCBE account. .  If you have not yet setup your account, you can find instructions here.

Also a reminder that Kate is away and so unavailable for PTS conferences.  We will send out a message when Kate is back for parents who would like to connect with her. 

Parent Meeting Tuesday, October 22

Our next School Council and Parent Society meeting is Tuesday, October 22 at 7:00pm.  You may join us in person at the school or online in Microsoft Teams. You can find more information on our website.
