One way parents/guardians can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on our school’s parent society. Parent societies are a formal group of parents, incorporated under the Societies Act for the purpose of raising funds for the school. A society is a separate legal entity from the school council. More information can be found in our CBE Administrative Regulation 5001 – School Councils and School/Parent Societies.

About Our Parent Society
Our Parent Society is known as the Parents Association
We welcome parent participation on both the School Council and the Parents Association. There are four to five meetings this year as well as the Annual General Meeting. All dates will be posted at least two weeks before the next event.
Please support your school community through participation on the School Council / Parents Association. A small investment of time makes a dramatic impact on the programming we are able to offer students.
If you are interested in joining the School Council please come to a meeting.
The School Council meets first, followed by the Parents Association meeting following the School Council's adjournment.
